The results showed that the growth of Microcystis WYEKII was inhibited by ultrasound, and the biomass of Microcystis Wyekii after 6 days was only 32% of that of the control group, the growth of Green Alga, scenedesmus Quadricornis and Diatom Nitzschia were also inhibited. After Sonication, the cell density of the ALGA was 30% ~ 33% lower than that of the control group. The results also showed that the growth of paramecium and Daphnia Magna, Fish Gobiocypris Rarus and submerged plant PTERIS VITTATA was not significantly affected by the intensity of ultrasound. The results showed that low-intensity Directional ultrasound could inhibit the growth of algae, but had no obvious effect on Zooplankton, fish and submerged macrophytes.
