Ultrasonic extractor


    The principle of ultrasonic extractor is that the high-frequency oscillation signal generated by the ultrasonic signal generator (power supply) is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation through the transducer (vibrator) and propagated into the liquid, the ultrasonic wave in the liquid is densely alternating forward radiation and produces tens of thousands of tiny bubbles, these bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure area during the propagation process, and quickly close in the positive pressure area. In this process, which is called the "cavitation effect", the closure of the bubble can form an instantaneous high pressure of thousands of atmospheres, and the continuous high pressure generated is like countless small "explosions" constantly impacting the surface of the object, so that the material in the cell wall of the tissue is free into the solution, and then the purpose of extracting the effective ingredients in the tissue is achieved.
