2   Principle

Ultrasonic debridement is to create a cavitation effect on the cleaning solution, so that the micro-water droplets form bubbles → increase → rupture, and generate bursting force. When a large number of consecutive microwater droplets form a continuous bubble group, the bubble is enlarged until the rupture process The highdensity energy wave in the field acts on the surface of the ulcer tissue and is broken, but there is no damage to the intact tissue. This debridement is mainly used for ulcer tissue. The two methods of debridement can make the wound cleaning more thorough and rapid. The waste liquid is recovered by vacuum suction, and the waste water can be recovered while cleaning, so as to prevent the pollution from spreading and keeping the working environment clean.

This rinsing method is obviously superior to the traditional wound processing method, greatly reducing the number of times of wiping with gauze, reducing the pain of the patient, the large-area rinsing speed is quick and convenient, the debridement time is shortened, and the deep wound can also be removed to avoid secondary occurrence. Contamination, solid debris and liquid pollution are removed together, and the washed sewage is easy to recycle and convenient for centralized treatment.
