Descaling of ship boilers


At present, the main function of the ship's boiler is to provide the life needs of the crew or to heat the cargo oil, and the boiler is easy to produce scale, which not only affects the thermal efficiency of the boiler but also affects the service life of the boiler. In this paper, the common boiler descaling methods are briefly described, and a new descaling technology is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the existing descaling technology

Marine boiler is installed on the ship to provide power for the ship and achieve the life of the crew of the boiler, according to the use of Marine boiler is divided into Marine boiler main boiler and Marine boiler auxiliary boiler. The main boiler of a Marine boiler is used to produce steam to power the ship. The steam produced by Marine auxiliary boilers is mainly for living needs, and is sometimes used to heat cargo oil. Most Marine boilers are now Marine auxiliary boilers. Marine main boiler is mostly replaced   by diesel engine, gas engine and so on as the ship's main engine.
